Land management and excavation work can be affected by weather, soil conditions, equipment availability, access conditions, emergencies, and other circumstances outside JW Land Management's reasonable control.

JW Land Management may photograph or record completed work, equipment, and project areas for documentation, portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes when permitted.
Customers who do not want their property or project used for marketing purposes should notify JW Land Management.
